Horrible, I called for a question regarding my Car AC and the guy who I spoke with had the ugliest attitude, it was a guy with an accent please don't have people like that answering the phone or you will loose customers

My husband took my car to this place to get a diagnostic test on my A/C that had gone out. He was quoted $49.95 for the test. The guy called my husband letting him know it was the evaporator in the back that had a leak. My husband said Ok, my wife will be in to pick it up and advised him we are not moving forward with any work to be done. (My hubby is handy and can change/fix things himself, just needed to know the issue). I get there and the guy hands me an invoice for $180 and says cash only and blames the bank for a faulty credit card machine. I told him it was only $50. He said "Ok, you are right, but I did put Freon in so it will be $100"! We had already told him we tried Freon before and it came out and not to do it. He then tried to get us to "meet him in the middle" and pay $25. I said no, we told you to only test it. He then took the Freon out. We ordered a new Evaporator and as my husband takes my old one out he is confident that wasn't the problem. He takes it to a new A/C shop and it turns out that the issue was the condenser and a cracked hose. Please be cautious coming here.

Honest people! They make sure the job gets done and done right! I trust them with all my vehicles. My wife was the one that recommended them to me. Her parents always took their car there for any repairs. So I tried them and was hooked ever since!

Just the phone call alone was enough to make me turn around and not even want to go here. Sounds like an elderly woman who is answering phone calls and she talks over you as if you are an uncomprehending child. Not one of my questions were answered. She kept rambling about what may be wrong with my vehicle instead of answering my direct question and all I needed to know was approximately how much they charge to refill freon so I can have enough money with me

Greg has worked on several of my vehicles. He always does excellent work. He is honest and upfront with what needs to be done with no hidden charges or unnecessary work.
