Very friendly and helpful...was very happy to have discovered this team.

Went to O’Reilly on South Street in Artesia/Cerritos to purchase a single license plate frame for my car (I sorta messed up the existing one pretty bad). After asking the young man (my receipt indicates Cole) at the counter a few questions he went out to check if I was in fact purchasing the proper size screws…. Came back in, processed my purchase then headed right back outside to install the new frame. I didn’t even have to ask nor suggest it. Wish I’d had more than the 5 bucks cash on me I tipped him . That is going above and beyond! Keep up the great work kiddo!!!! 🎉

I recently purchased a single light bulb from this store, and the staff went above and beyond by assisting me with the installation. Maxwell assisted us he did a great job he even help us put the new parts on the vehicle and also helped in checking our oil. Very kind very professional and cost efficient. Also his Boss is Eddie and he also helped out. Very professional.

What a great service! Mike was so kind and helpful. This morning I barely got my van jump started. I knew my battery was bad. I urgently need to change my battery but no place was open. I noticed that O'Reilly was open. So I went there to get a portable car starter to get by few days until I get appointment to change my battery. But when I got there, Mike told me he can change the battey for me. So instead wasting my money on car jump starter I was able to install brand new battery. After the installation, car stars right away. Thanks to mike for the help thanks to O'reily for opening up early to help and save a day for person like me. I definitely recommend this place. Came here because I needed a battery and some fog lights. The service was speedy and they even offered me a battery service change absolutely free. The woman who helped me out was very informative about pricing. The gentleman Michael who swapped the battery out was done within 5 minutes of purchasing my new battery. Highly recommend this store.
