I elected to choose Cerritos Auto Body to have my vehicle repaired through an insurance claim after rear-ended. Wow! The service was outstanding 🙌🏽 Everyone at the shop was friendly and communicated everything clearly, making the entire process blissful. My car was returned to me in a condition better than the factory, without a slight indication that anything had ever happened. If you select this shop, your insurance company can also give you a rental from Enterprise, which works with this shop. Pickup and drop off were breezy, with door-to-door service from the shop to the car rental place. Sending a big Thank You to everyone at Cerritos Auto Body. 10/10 highly recommend 🤌🏽

Really great service, family owned I believe and they are all friendly. The younger son dropped my mom off and picked her up when her car was done. Price is totally reasonable and their work is exceptional, I highly recommend!

Marcos, and the entire team at Cerritos Auto Body, is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thorough. The team provided excellent and efficient customer service and workmanship throughout the process of my service, keeping me informed at each step along the way. And work was completed prior to the estimated time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any family and friends needing any of the services they provide.

I have used their services in the past and never had a problem. Most recently I had a very disappointing experience with them. I brought my vehicle in for some bodywork and picked it up once work was completed. I quickly noticed a problem with the quality of work. I contacted the shop and was told to bring it in and they would correct the problem. This happened several times, so I had to keep bringing my vehicle in to be properly fixed. This was very upsetting since I had to take time off work to bring the vehicle in. Ultimately I was forced to contact my insurance company to intercede because the shop was unwilling or unable properly fix the problem. My insurance contacted the shop and more work was authorized and done on my vehicle. I have since picked up my vehicle and thought it was all done and properly fixed. As of this post, my vehicle is still not properly fixed. I again am very frustrated and will be forced to find another shop to finish the work that Cerritos Auto body started but was unable to properly complete.

Pleasant experience with Cerritos Auto Body my vehicle was repaired 100% attention to detail were made. I love the customer service interaction, my Enterprise reservation was made within minutes and I was picked after to gather my rental. Marco keeps in touch with everything needed to accomplish this service, 0 delays, None of this wouldn't be possible without this organization thank you very much!

Well, got my first fender bender. I was sent to Cerritos auto body from progressive insurance. They were very clear and very professional at Cerritos. I had an excellent experience. The work was done well and I see no issues whatsoever. follow up is great and people are super nice. 👍🏼

I took my truck to here to get repaired and they did the repair in 1 week!. Actually 5 days. I turned it in on a Friday and they are closed on the weekend. I picked up my truck the following Friday! It was only a smashed bumper, but 1 week. Wow! No issues. Everyone was very nice and helpful and quick. They know what they are doing here. If you need a place to take your vehicle for auto body repair don't hesitate to go to this place. I hope I never need another body shop, but if I do, I will be using Cerritos Auto Body.
