It's the only auto parts store in town, but I've never had any issues with it. The staff there are friendly and willing to help you find the exact part you need.

The cold up in Bear Valley killed off my struggling car battery. After a jump got me back to my inn in Arnold, my wife and I walked over to Napa Auto Parts to get a new battery after our car wouldn't start again. I was expecting to carry a heavy battery back to my car a half mile up the hill and put it in myself with whatever wrench I could find under the seat, but instead the owner let me take a portable jumper back to my car, start it, and drive it back to the store. Once I had my car there, they picked out the correct battery and put it in just like that. Thanks to these guys, my wife and I were able to return to our inn without stress in time for breakfast, check out by 11 and head home. If my car ever breaks down in the mountains again, I will be walking straight back here. 5/5 stars!

Owners went above and beyond to assemble hydraulic hose and fittings I brought them. Had to change the set up on their press took them 20 minutes just to do that and charge me very little to do it. I highly recommend this place in it is my go to whenever I am working here.

The best auto part store I’ve ever encountered. They are not just business owners selling parts, they are genuine people who go out of their way to get to know each customer and will bend over backwards to help you out of a jam. I don’t care if their part costs more, I’m going to arnold napa. Not only do I know that I’m getting quality parts with people who stand behind their product, but I know that I’ll be able to ask Tim for a little advice when I run into trouble installing something. The entire staff is awesome and have helped me save a ton of money over the years.

Great service, everyone there is always in a good mood and they actually help you get the right parts. If you have a older truck they will most likely have parts in stock. Great prices and parking is easy. They also sell snow chains for the winter.
