Great neighborhood bar. Love the atmosphere here. Don t get this kind of vibe much in LA. Great beer selection. And great service. Also great with a private room for parties.

The service attitude was super bad. The price for tire repairs started at 30 RMB. After I signed the contract and removed the tire, they told me it would cost 35 RMB. I said I would have to pay if I didn t want to repair the tire. He said I would charge for the service. You can add more money at will according to what he said! I don t have a lot of money and I feel disgusting~

This is located at the mall strategically to take advantage of women. Sergios prices were all over the place. It was listed on the wall a/c 89 but he changed it to 120 to diagnose my problem. Dont worry it will go toward the bill of repair in which he started throwing out numbers 350 for labor and 350 for parts then when he could tell that wasnt going to work labor went down.230 labor. If I were male he wouldnt play those games.. he is going to charge you like you at the dealer might as well go.

Listen. If you need your vehicle done honest and know extras. Then talk with Omar and keep it real. I cant speak for everyone but I just got back to Cali, and needed car work done on few of my vehicles. I know enough of the basic but not entirely enough. I took my Father in law truck to several shops and even called the dealership. It was Purrfect Auto and Omar who kept it real and honest. I wont speck bad on the over shops.. But if your asking me. Yeah give them a try, and this is a real review not a paid one. Lol! I only do reviews sometimes. And my phone asked me for one. I can say also if your not satisfied. He will fixes the problem for you. Cant find that anymore.

Came here for a simple smog check. Friendly and quick service. I will say thank you to Sergio, Alexis, and James for helping me out on a mishap on my part. They were very patient when I locked my keys in the car haha. Overall, Ive been looking at different shops lately and I find myself returned back here in the future :)

Went for an oil change. Upon picking up the car, I was told the belt was in extremely poor condition and needed to be replaced immediately. The engine belt was fine, not a thing wrong with it, and it was replaced recently. So watch out for their repair suggestions!!!

This is Best Service and repair shop I ve ever experienced. The staff and the quality of work is amazing ! I live 70 miles away and still won t take my car anywhere else . I know I can trust the work done and feel confident every time I go to start my engine and drive down the road that I am safe and will get to my destination. The prices they charge you can t compare they are GREAT!!

Simply honest and professional There s always a mechanic right around the corner, but I m always apprehensive when it comes to $$$ and what I think needs to be fixed vs. what they claim needs work . Sergio and the team took the stress out of seeing a check engine light. I was already aware of 2 problems and they called it exactly, so I trusted them on the 3rd recommendation. I m no car guru, but when the engine stops screeching, the transmission starts to shift like butter and the steering wheel stops pulling hard right . I felt like I drove away in a new car. While I came in just wanting to pass smog, I think $700 was well worth the potential future issues and more importantly, the stress relief. I found my new mechanic.

Well, they open on Saturdays, which is a plus right now since some shops have decided to close that day due to the pandemic. I really needed a patch, so I was super grateful that not only were they open, they were so close that it took probably two minutes from my house to get there. Theyre located at Westfield Santa Anita mall, on the opposite side of The Cheesecake Factory. No appointment needed, I just came in after I gave them a call. The guy manning the front desk was awesome, super friendly and communicative. He told me that it would be a flat $25 if the tire was patchable. There were other customers ahead of me, so there was going to be a little bit of a wait. So the front desk guy told me to help myself to the complimentary refreshments and snacks they had available. I dont know why I didnt take any photos but wow-- they had a rack full of chips and things to munch on as well as a Keurig, so many pod choices in addition to green tea bags, instant Vietnamese coffee (I think? Cant recall exactly now), different creamers and all kinds of sweeteners, including honey sticks. Seriously, blown away by the thoughtfulness of the customer service. The waiting area was modernly decorated with large enough to socially distance, the seating accommodations were all comfortable and there was a huge flat panel television with the documentary, The Social Dilemma playing. In other words, I was kosher as I waited for my tire to get done. Im not hoping I need another patch anytime soon but if I do, you can bet Im going to come here again. The mechanic ghosted me! Dropped off my car for a smog check and they said to come back in 45 minutes. One hour later I came to pick up my car and they hadn t even started. Someone said he left for his lunch break after I dropped off my car.

I will give Perfect Auto repair a five star because I had them actually contacted me about my issues with my truck and sounds like they are experts on Ford F-150 flex fuel!

This is my go to shop for oil change because it is conveniently located in the mall. They always do a good job inspecting my car while changing the oil. They just transitioned to a new owner, but same great service.

This is the best auto shop ever. It is inside a mall which makes it even better. Price is fair and the people are fantastic.

I took my Mercedes to the shop to replace the brakes. Sergio did a great job on my car, I saved over $200 on my car. Definitely recommend this shop for all my friends!

Please do not come here. They will use every excuse to get you to pay more. oh that is only available from the dealership or well everyone else has this same problem and they go with this option . They will overcharge you they make up excuses for their ridiculous prices. Just dont.

My tire was poked with a screw. What they did was just removed the screw put a rubber cement and put air on the tire without repairing the tire. After a few days, the tire pressure monitoring system light came off again showing the tire was flat again. I will never go back to this shop again.

Theyll cook up any cock and bull fabrication to scare the owner into believing that the minute they drive out of the shop the cars gonna fall apart if you dont buy into what they say. Avoid it at all cost. Dont fall into the trap.

Overcharged me for a flat tire. Promised it early next day. Just called in the afternoon, they said they dont even have it yet. Never called me. Just not a good place to take your vehicle...

Ive been going for years and then I stopped after being cheated ...I heard that they had gotten new management and it was local to my house so I gave it another try and u was disappointed once again. I paid for two oil changes in for my car and another for my ladies car and neither of the two received the oil change I paid for.... Im not wasting my time any more

I own couple taxi cabs and try oil change there couple times. Worst auto repair shop ever. Dont waste your time and money.

Bought a battery here told me it was new today I found out when my car wouldnt start that it was refurbished it was also too small for my car the people here should not be trusted they are very unprofessional

Not honest. I go in for an oil change & they say I need a new axel, I didnt purchase it because I was in a hurry, I had to bring my car back the following day because it was uncontrollably leaking oil (didnt seal up the oil change properly) and another mechanic says oh no, you dont need an axel, however your brakes are bad. If I would have bought the axel the previous day, it would have been a complete WASTE of money $200+ down the drain. What happened to honest mechanics? Dont waste your $$ here

Kelley(manager) met me on entering the shop greeted me warmly accepted coupon for oil change and expeditiously performed the task and the requested tire rotation. A short walk (mall) to McDonalds for a coffee and pastry while waiting (less than an hour ) A review of future auto services needed will be sure to return there in timely fashion. I had tried this place a few years ago and was not satisfied... But I heard there was new ownership so I thought I would give it another try because of the convenient location. Im glad I did because the new owner was very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions honestly (which a lot of shops wont do) and did not try to rip me off. My car was fixed while I shopped in the mall next door - easy and painless. Definitely would come back.

This place is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Great prices, honest, and fast! They fixed my ac in the middle of summer and with most places that would cost an arm and a leg but not here. They had my car back to me in 30 mins ac ice cold! After that visit I brought in two other cars both with reoccurring ac problems, no other mechanic could figure out why the ac in these cars kept breaking. Purrfect Auto got to the heart of the problem in no time at all, were clear in their explanation, and beat all the other mechanics prices. Sounds too good to be true I know but all 3 cars have been working wonderfully for the past 9 months! Absolutely no problems at all!

Went into this place after having my side mirror broken by a biker. I was very upset and frustrated with the situation. Surprisingly, the price was very reasonable and they got the car back to me fast. They also did a great job and I will definately be coming here again with any future auto problems.

I worked with Joseph from Purrfect Auto and he is very kind and honest. I have an Audi and those things get quite expensive but he gave me a great deal on oxygen sensors, rotors and brakes! He seemed knowledgeable and friendly and is always willing to work with the customer to make them happy. Highly recommend going there and looking for Joseph.

My female client came in for an oil change and was told that she needed a gas filter as well. She was quoted $20 for the part. What she was not told that there were labor charges to install the part which added significantly to the part. Little did Purrfect know that their client works on the air with a major radio station in Los Angeles. Purrfect Auto is getting serious bad press for inadvertently not telling the entire truth and quote the entire price. It is not that this lady is defenseless, but I believe that she was taken advantage of simply and purely because she was female. That, by the way, is what she is telling her listening audience as well.

I have been to this auto repair shop twice and have friends who have gone here a few times. Every time I went to this shop something bad happened to my car. Now I am no car expert but I do know when I am being taken advantage of. I went for a simple tune up on my Infiniti and once I took my car home it had engine problems. The spark plugs were not firing correctly. When I returned it, they kept my car for over 4 hours and still couldnt fix it, instead they proceeded to tell me some other part of the engine was acting up. Needless to say both of my experiences resulted in me going in for one minor problem and them telling there is another problem. So I assumed they were just trying to find something else for me to pay for. Highly disappointed in this auto shop. But I will say if you need someone to look at your car quickly by all means go here, but be prepared for a laundry list of problems
