T & M Auto Repair Corporation in Arcadia

I went here for an oil change for the first time and was told it would take 1 hour. But it ended up taking 2 hours, which was really frustrating.

Very honest shop, been taking the same car here for over 100k miles for everything except tires.

Been getting service from T&M last two years for both cars. Price for auto services are very reasonable.

Very honest and very reasonably priced services. I like working with these guys, I’ve taken my cars here for about 5 years and I only have good things to say.

This used to be our go-to spot for anything car related but unfortunately they seriously dropped the ball on our last 2 visits. We went for a synthetic oil change ($90) which was relatively standard but BOTH times (1 year apart) they overfilled the tank which caused the repair light to go off a few hours later when we got home. On our most recent visit we ended up driving back 2 additional times for them to finally fix it. The first time we went back, the guy just reset our oil sensor and dismissed us when we asked him to just drain some out. His solution fixed the problem for approximately 1 hour before the light turned on again after we left. A simple 1 hour service ended up taking over 3 hours and 2 additional visits. service 1/10 value 3/10

Awesome mechanics. Very friendly and hard working crew. My brakes went out on my white expedition when I was on a trip visiting California. 4:39 pm on a Saturday they jumped on the job and had it done in less than 2 hours. They turned my rotors and put new pads. Car stops like a new car. I was on able to give them a 50 dollar tip because that's all the cash I had but they deserve more. Thank you to all at T&M.

The Place to go when you visit Arcadia (and the Bellagio car wash right next to it 🤣). Besides, T & M seriously doesn't need more reviews or customers because their customers bases are very loyal and all came from words of mouth 😅 Tony and Daniel are very down-to-earth and honest mechanics. Now even Tony's son joined and he can explained the mechanics in English even better than both of the owners (if you cannot understand Chinese). I often meet friends I haven't seen for a long time here (while waiting for my oil change) and found out some of them even moved pretty far away still drive all the way here just for oil change. So now you can understand why I said they don't need more customers 🙃

Been coming here since 2015 and am so glad I found them. They were actually referred by my father in law. I've saved thousands and my cars have never worked better. I feel confident in dealing with them without having to take a man. Great service, reasonable prices. Thanks for providing great service. Advice: Weekends are crazy busy. If it's more than an oil change, make time during the week to get the best service.
