Car: 1997 BMW 328i Service: Oil Change I have been looking for a new place to service my car since my last places upped their prices to 170 for a basic oil change. I used yelp to send out multiple request for quotes and got many back. After looking at the reviews and comments i choose RTMotorworks. I spoke to Rick and he gave me a very good number for the service, said 1 hour and I was scheduled for the next day. After the less than hour service one of the techs, Kenny, told me the car was ready and answered any questions and concerns i had. Then when i paid i brought up some of the issues and got an estimate in less than a couple minutes. Also, on the way out Kenny noticed my reverse light was out. He replaced it quickly and it was free of charge. After getting home, i checked their work are and it was actually cleaner than when i brought it in. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend their services to anyone. TL:DR These guys provide good, clean quality work at a bargain place in short time and answer any questions you may have.

This is a very honest shop and no hassle. The workers here will not over charge you. I brought in a vehicle with a broken coolant reservoir cap and the vehicle was overheating. Richard just charged for the reservoir cap and added coolant. The overheating was resolved and I was only charged for the reservoir cap. I really appreciate an honest shop especially in today’s environment. I highly recommend this place.

Richard and his team are great!! They have excellent prices and do excellent work. I’m glad I found them a few years ago and have been coming to them for all my BMW needs. Trust in them and they have full transparency with everything and advise you when things are needed which is important to me.

Fast and quick and honest and professional Andrew was the one helped me. My appt was 1pm and I drove an hour from the west side to them because the Yelp reviews. Will most likely come back to them again when my break pad and oil change due.

Took my 4Runner to Richard for routine maintenance and to see if he could fix my front door locks. Richard was very knowledgeable and called me to provide a diagnosis and cost estimate before proceeding with the work. I was impressed he had the parts needed on-hand to fix the door locks. His communication was excellent, he and his team worked efficiently, and their pricing was very fair. He's also an honest guy. Looked at my brake fluid and said it was pretty clean and I didn't need a brake fluid flush. I highly recommend Richard and the RTMotorwoks team!

I walked into RTM today expecting the usual hustle and bustle of a car shop and maybe getting turned down, because I didn’t call ahead. Instead, I was greeted by kindness and generosity from the moment I stepped foot. "Do you have an appointment?" they asked, and I had to admit I didn't. To my surprise, the crew still put everything aside, circling to replace my burned-out, hard-to-reach headlights and spent over half an hour working on my car. One of the mechanics— Peter, also managed to cleverly 'retrofit-fix' a sensor under the hood that had been beeping and ringing in my ear for thousands of miles, saving me from spending money and future headaches. It’s clear that these people have a genuine commitment to helping the customer over seeking profit. Thank you, Richard, Esteban, and Peter. I appreciate you guys.

This is the go-to spot for suspension work. Richard responds timely and is extremely patient with any inquiries. Had a back and forth over the course of several months and he's always responded well. The staff there is fantastic and welcoming. I had an appt scheduled on a Saturday morning, dropped it off, and went across to Starbucks to chill. Lowered my car for a price beating any other shop and I got an alignment afterwards too. You can feel at ease leaving your car there as they don't mess around and are constantly working. Incredible value for the service provided. I cant recommend this place enough! I attached before photos before the springs settled and will update after they've fully dropped.
