I had stop for service. The men told me in 45 minutes to wait. I was ok with that. He had ask me do you want to wait or come back later? I said ,I will come back later. He told me back at 10:30 AM. I was back at 10:25AM. When I was back he told me , After you leaves two cars coming. So, we working on its now. I do understand , No appointments. Why!? He told me to come back at 10:30AM for what?And he was not responding at all! Just, would like to remind, every business open for money! I pay you! Please Nice!

We have taken our Nissan Versa here a few times for tune ups, oil changes, and radiator work, and they have always done a great job on our car. We live in Whittier, so we are not that close, but I prefer towing our car here than hassling with a local shop we don't know. We usually call ahead, and Victor helps us with pricing and timing, so it takes away a lot of stress and would highly recommend them.

I went here last week for a simple STAR smog check. I was driving by on Live Oak and pulled into the driveway and the employee had me park my car in the back for a smog check. I was in and out in less than 10 mins because there weren’t any customers ahead of me. I came in the late afternoon. It was $55 for a 2004 Toyota Corolla. I posted their smog check prices as of December 2023. It’s reasonable considering that all smog check places are charging between $50-60 right now.

Fast and easy smog test, brought our Sprinter Van here for testing. Yay for places that work with tall vans!

I left my car of Voksvagan turan and picked up my car 2 days later, the problem still existed, and they could Not do anything about it, but I was charged the same amount of money even though the problem has not solved, they argued that it's the practice of auto repair industry. and they even refused to give me any discount! good luck to their customers!

My car in college was a junker, so I've been here many times. Roger is the most honest mechanic I've ever met. Always gives a fair, most of the time too low, price and never try's to upsell anything that's not needed. Works hard to fix your car. If I ever move, I would probably still get my car towed across a couple cities to come here!
