Great service, and they were on top of all of my needs. I just wish they hadn't started charging to change batteries. They used to do it free. I took it home and did it saving 22.50 The not so rich not so stuck up Amateur MC food critic
Good batteries it’s not the first time I buy for my cars this time Michel gave me an amazing great customer service he helped me place my new battery in my truck definitely will come again
First time here. Needed a new battery. Their prices are reasonable and helpful service. My son replaced the battery for me, and he was able to borrow the tools needed to do it in the parking lot. They were very accommodating. Highly recommend 👌 you get your car batteries here.
4 batteries for my scissor lift. They had them in stock and at a great price.
Place looks disgusting and the whole place/ person smelled. Rude customer service. They pick and choose when to take customers. Spoke to the person on the phone about the situation and when I got there he tried to make me feel dumb and rushed me. 0/5 stars. And they market "recycle" batteries for a clean environment when you could just recycle the battery yourself and get your money for it. Also if you don't give them your battery on installation they will up charge you $50!!! Went from $70 to $115!!!!!
Super helpful when looking for special batteries like the kind for large surge protectors.
Buyers Beware!!!!!! I ordered an Optima battery for my UTV. Battery Mart used FedEx for shipping. FedEx delivered my battery outside of my property next to the main road as seen by the proof of delivery photo. FedEx completely admits to doing wrong. However, I can not create a claim through FedEx because I am not the one who shipped the package. Battery Mart has to file the claim to be reimbursed from FedEx’s error ( FedEx has specifically told me that they will reimburse them if Battery mart files a claim because they made the mistake by leaving the battery next to the road in an unsafe location) then they can re-ship me a battery or refund. Seems easy enough, however, Battery Mart will not file a claim with FedEx so I am out almost $400. It will cost battery mart absolutely nothing but time to file a claim and then I will get my battery and they will be reimbursed so it’s a win-win situation. So why won’t you file the claim Battery Mart????? It doesn’t matter if there was a signature required or not. FedEx dropped it off at the wrong location and it was taken. You need to make it right! For all I know, perhaps you did file a claim and you are just going to keep the money. Makes sense, that would be free money for you and who cares about the customer right? That’s just wrong!!!!
I will never go there again due to Sergio’s attitude.I must have misunderstood that I needed a receipt to return the battery core. I told Sergio I was told that I did not need the receipt to return the core . The battery has the info on it . Which I does but that is only for the warranty . He told me yes I do that they have no way to look it by my name & they train their employees to tell customers you must have the receipt or no refund . Which was not told to me . My feeling on that is he was not there to hear the conversation . He was not nice about it at all. I can understand if that is the policy then it is what it is but he did not have to a jerk about it . Then out of his good dead for the day he would do it this one time only . All the fighting with me then to do it why make me feel the way I do .Never will I send anyone there nor will I go there again. They lost a customer . I have been there several time he seems to always have a bad day Or maybe he just does not like his job or he does not like me .
