I arrived to this tire shop from traveling from Oregon. I patiently waited for service for 20 minutes and they come to me and tell me they will be taking a 30 minute lunch break. So now I wait 20 minutes plus the 30 minutes while they were on lunch. They come back from lunch and tell me they have an appointment coming in and I will be free them. Very bad service. Don’t give these guys business. I told them I was leaving because I wasn’t getting any help. The owner Eric said he didn’t need no money from independent people and only want business from big company’s. Very awful service. Not sure how they are still making it with this attitude.
Kudos to the honesty of the people that work here! They do the required work promptly and advise you on what’s best for you. They don’t scare you or force you to do something that benefits them. They are very polite and nice to talk to! Hope everyone in business is like this.
We were on our way camping and happened to get a flat on the hwy across from them. It was close to closing time and they helped us out & put on our new tire fast! Thanks Guys!
