Just Tires in Alhambra

I came to this store for an oil change and I have to let the supervisor know that they resolved us with more excuses (that we are full) (I dont know if the truck fits here) I had never received such attention. Its obvious that they dont want to work.

I only made an appointment for wheel alignment and tire replacement. He said that the alignment can only be done by changing new tires first. You have to buy tires to do a wheel alignment, so don t waste your time.

Dont go for uber car inspection. They will fail you for tires. I got a pass from another place today!

Very disappointed with their unexperienced employees and the manager covers up the employees inability to complete their job. Great job for the young man at the counter, very polite. I have gone twice for an oil change but the whole time Im observing the work being done on my cars & I can see the person struggling the whole time. DONT come here, its a matter of time untill they damage your vehicle or get hurt.

Just Tires!!! Steal your Tires

GO TO THIS PLACE! They are fast, work with you on price and don t sell you short or try to do add ons. Extremely understanding and do a great job at fixing what is needed- and don t make a mess in your car unlike other mechanic shops.

This is a ripoff place. Don t ever come to this place if you need alignment. They charged me $195 for alignment . After that I called shops around to verify if they charge me a reasonable price. One shop on valley Blvd do alignment for $98. Other on valley Blvd do alignment for $120. I will never come back. Ripoff!

I had a frustrating experience at this location. I had to deal with a dishonest front desk employee, Damian. He sold me an incorrect tire that didnt meet the specs/requirements for my car. While the tire size was correct, the load index was lower than it should be, so there was added risk of overloading the tire and causing it to blow out. Even though the risk might be low, it caused problems for me getting a matching tire on the same axle because other places dont want to install an improper tire for liability reasons, and having mismatching tires on the same axle is a big no no. Once I found out a few days later, I called Damian back, and he refused to admit any mistake was made, and he kept falsely insisting that they installed the correct tire and that they only install OME tires, which was obviously not true. I went to a different Just Tires location, and they verified to me that it was the wrong tire for my car. The guy at the different location was nice enough to call the Alhambra location on my behalf, and he spoke with the manager, Mario. He basically refused to admit any fault and didnt offer any ways to make this right. I had to call Goodyear (Just Tires parent company), and they called Mario again on my behalf. He still refused to correct the mistake, and my last option was to go through Goodyears 30 Day Pledge program to exchange it for a different (more expensive) tire. Like, it wouldve been nice if you at least told me about that at the start instead of being so defensive and adamant about not helping me. And to top it off, they refused to price match the new tire even though I was holding an invoice from a cheaper, reputable place. Total cost for my tires were $525 per tire. Signed, a first and last time customer.

I ve just got out of this location, they argued they couldn t repair my tire because it was in an irreparable location, however, I took my car to Costco, they checked the tire and they told me that the tire was reparable, they repaired my tire for less money. These guys at Just Tires didn t even bolder to check the tire, they will ask you where the damage is, as you where the technician. If I were to check the damage by myself, I would repair it too.

I was in a dilemma with a balding front tire it was really un-repairable, so Damien offered a great deal on a set of 4 new tires him and his tire man Mario installed them during their last minutes before closing time

This guy indicated that he couldnt patch the tire with a slow leak. These are lies.

Lazy af every time I come here they always make excuses why they cant patch my tires I guess they dont know how to do their job

Shameful dealer, Uber inspected the car and said my two 80% new front tires were unqualified because they sell tires and asked me to replace their tires, haha.

This place damaged my forge rims during installation and tried telling me my tires are no good even though I got them brand new from a different shop that only orders tire no installation complete piss me off.

Damian really helped my tire issue, really nice guy, professional and explain details, good job.

A nail punctured my back tire. I didn t know how early many tire shops close on Saturdays??!! I went to 4 different ones in Alhambra and all were closed around 3:30pm Thankfully Just Tires was open until 8 and they were kind enough to patch up my tire at a reasonable price . Jeremy was kind enough to ask if they can get it done sooner since I am sure he saw I had my daughter and her friends with me and did not want to keep us waiting for so long ! We were out of there in less than 20 min

Seems like they have a quarter they need to meet and they re gonna do it at any cost took my truck in for a oil change and tuneup they ended up keeping it for three days and cost me $800.00 which could ve been avoided if they had just checked the check engine light and it would ve told them what to do I would not trust them unless you wanna throw your money away then go right ahead, I don t mind spending money when I get quality work but here they take your money and give you subpar work again go somewhere else don t trust these thieves,Thank you and take care ( I would give them minus one star but you can t give them that,one star and that s being generous)

Overpriced. They wanted to charge me 300+ to replace front brakes only. Went to another place locally and they charged me 320 to do both front and rear. Using this as last resort. Save your money.

This shop is really well run, you don t wait to long, and the quality merchandise is worth what you spend. Plus they give you check ups on tires, air as needed, or whatever else you might need. And with a smile. Good staff and mechanics are great for whatever your car needs.

My car had a screw in the tire and my husband took it to them. They fixed it fast and he said they were so nice and friendly. Totally recommend them.

Went twice and they didnt help. Had a screw in my tire and they didnt want to fix it so they just put air. Had to go somewhere else

Absolutely recommend Honestly I came in so they can check out a weird noise my car was making and they did that and more. They lifted my car and found a ripped tire. Which I didnt even had in mind to check. They totally just saved me and kept me safe on the road. Thanks guys

I got a flat tire in my BMW X5 and my usual tire shop is closed on Sunday. The nearest tire shop it opens was this shop, so I called ahead to make sure they could fix my tire. They ask me a few questions regarding the condition of the tire and told me to come over with the estimated cost of $25. I went there and Now they told me YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW TIRE!! I ask them to see their manager then this guy told me HE IS NOT HERE TODAY! But somehow the guy who looks like the owner came out and told me WE CAN NOT FIX RUNFLAT TIRES Currently, I am writing this comment at another tire shop near their place fixing my tire I couldnt understand the business mind of who want to get a one-star rating without making any money!!

The air hole in my tire is leaking a little. Find it here and fix it. I saw with my own eyes that the employee here used a tool to puncture a hole in my tire and then told me to change the tire. I will never go to this store to get my tires changed again.

Be warned, all wheel drive vehicle owners! Make absolutely sure this shop is not selling discontinued or soon to be discontinued tires to you. If your vehicle is a 4WD, good luck! In the event you got 1 irreparable tire, you will end up possibly damaging the drive train if not all 4 tires are replaced. The way this shop do business is highly questionable. So full of excuses. Even in emergencies, dont just go in blind faith. The nightmare will begin. Buyers Beware!

Richard helped me so much today. I was in a tight spot. I am a sales rep and I rely heavily on my car. I realized this morning as I was leaving for work that my tires werent keeping air in them and I needed them changed. I called this location at 10am and I was out and on my way by 3pm. Richard was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and understanding about my questions about my price range and the work I needed done for my car. He gave me options to choose from so I could make the best decision I could. Thank you Richard. I came here with perfect rims no scratches/chip of any sorts after the mounting of new tires all my rims are damaged and chip all over the center not the lips definitely some new person cause this is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

If you need a tire shop look somewhere else cause this tire shop damaged my rims as well and I didn t want to make a big deal, but I m glad I m not the only one that got perfect condition rims cracked/chipped really badly.

Richard and the other reps have been very friendly, always helping us with any questions we have or issues. Ive taken my 2 cars with them for service and both have had no issues, getting a total of 8 tires without hassle. Richard is very patient explaining what is convenient, effective and is descriptive/knowledgeable over the products they have. Thanks Richard for all your help!

Great customer service. I send in on Thursday. They ordered my special tires. They said they would be there on Friday morning. My Friday morning, took less than an hour to complete installation and alignment. Check out was quick. These guys know what they are doing.

I always get the best service when I come in. I have been buying tires here for probably a couple of decades. I bought a set of tires around late January 2019, came in May 31 for rotation, balance and alignment per their recommendation (every 6 months) and there was no charge because their tires are under warranty. And it was my lucky day, it took less than 45 min. My tires last years!

I have a 2011 Ford Taurus SEL and I had purchased tires from them 2016 and one of the tires as a nail thats in the side and they dont have any tires in stock so I had to come back on Monday August 26th

It was a necessary evil to visit this place

Great service experience for me. I showed up 10 minutes before closing with my car on a flatbed tow truck after a blow out on the freeway. The staff was helpful and friendly and got me back on the road with a new tire.

The left front tire seemed to be leaking because it was punctured by a nail. I took it to this store for inspection and repair. The result was that without inspection, they said, Your tires need to be replaced with new ones, and two more are needed. My tires have just been replaced less than two years ago. Every day. I only drive three miles to and from get off work. At other Just Tire stores, they always check and tell you whether the air leak is caused by a nail, rather than making such hasty and irresponsible claims to trick customers into replacing them with new ones. In order to make more profits, merchants are very irresponsible and cunning. Dont go here. The left front tire seems to have been nailed to the air leak. I took it to the inspection and repaired it. The result was not checked. I said that your tires have been replaced and you have to change two. My tires have just been changed for less than two years. I only ran for three miles to go to work. In another just tire, I checked first to tell you whether it was because of a nail, but not so sloppy and irresponsible . To make more profit, the business is very irresponsible and embarrassing. Never go to this house

I thought I had tire problems and called up for the replace service. I talked Tom over the phone and he ordered a tire for me. When I came to the store he checked on my tire carefully and pumped air for all wheels. He also suggested to me, the tire warning message may be related the temperature changes. He suggested to me to watch on it for a couple of days. I did as he suggested and my car warning messages went away. I give Tom 5 stars of service.

I LOVELOVELOVE THIS PLACE !!! The staff is exceptional. Pleasant, friendly, helpful, accommodating, efficient. In waiting room, my third time there, the associates came across a pair of glasses apparently left behind. They called every customer theyd had that day to inquire if they were missing theirs. That was amazing. Above and beyond! Usually, the owner of glasses would do the phoning around searching frantically. The guys at Just Tires cut the stress out of a persons life just because Sincerely touched my heart. Still does axually.

Owner tried to rip me off and wanted to charge me 15$/tire just to get them unmounted, no recycling. I left and went to Firestone a couple of miles away, 5$/tire!!! Beware!

Went in for an oil change they were packed and still tried to get me in in under 15 mins, overall happy with their service and I would definitely recommend this place. Gene is the one in charge and he took care of me so if you have any problems ask him and hell make sure your taken care of.

$40 to bolt off a set of wheels and mount another set of wheels I already have. Rip off.

Wacht out for their tactics for milking more money from you. I will never come to this place again for new tires after this experience. My son went to this place for 1 new tire for his Mazda Protege.The only reason I asked him to go there because its close to my home. He was told by this guy that he had wrong size of tires on his car and he recommended 4 new Yokohama tires. He quoted $450. The next day I came back there with my son to see the same guy and the quote went up to $550. I told him that was too much. He gave me the reason that the first quote did not include labor. We decided to leave and the quote came down to $500. We left the store any way figuring this guy is dishonest and called Wheel House in Rosemead. We were quoted $400 with labor and everything included. This was not the first time I had problem with this store. 2 years ago, to get 4 new tires I had to wait almost 2 hours with only another customer. The employees were just standing there and chatting. I will never come to this place again for new tires. I have been taking all my cars to Wheel House. They only give you 1 price and everything is included.

They repaired a flat tire on my car one time but didnt have the other tires I needed in stock....had to go to Pep Boys for my size tire....They were very helpful.
