This is a no-frills retail storefront that carries many different types of batteries for both personal and industrial use. I was looking for a local source for generic sealed lead acid replacement batteries for an old APC UPS battery backup unit. The man running the store singlehandedly is very helpful in finding the batteries you need. The prices were very competitive and the longevity of the batteries are average to above average so far. There must be a two tier system of SLA battery manufacturing that's been in place for at least the past decade. I haven't found any generic battery that has lasted as long as the OEM batteries so far. The higher tier is installed in new equipment. The lower tier is sold to the aftermarket crowd. This brings the cost down but creates more churn and waste as the generics last half as long as originals.
