Excellent work, service and price. They replaced my cars tailgate. The result was like brand new. All OEM parts. The cost is quite fair. I looked at two other places they were both a bit more expensive despite and their overall review ratings were not as high. They also offered to do some touch up paint and blemish removal throughout the vehicle, free of charge. That was much appreciated!

Simply put, I am blown away by their service! A few years ago, I brought in my car after it was hit by a DUI driver. Hi-Quality Auto Body was honest and professional answering my concerns and getting my car fixed. While I was there, I had asked about my wife s car that needed to have one of the side skirts put back on that had popped off. I believe it was Patrick who had said bring the car over and they will take care of it. We were lazy to fix it until the remaining side skirt had popped off recently and needed to be put back on. I brought my wife s car today to have them install both side skirts and in 20 minutes they had honored their promise and helped me install them. I am so blown away by their service and kind heart. Of course, it would be best not to be in an accident where I need to bring my car into a body shop. However, if I need to, I will trust Hi-Quality Auto Body to fix my car! Thank you

I ve needed to take my car for repairs twice. The first time was a disaster my car didn t come back correct and the shop did not want to take responsibility. Hi-Quality was the opposite of that, they went above and beyond what I think a body shop needs to do. From calling my insurance about waving my deductible to the constant updates via phone or text. I couldn t ask for a friendly and helping group of individuals for a headache that is getting your car fixed and feeling reassured every time you spoke with a one of them.

Such awesome people! I bought wiper blades but couldn t figure out how to install them after watching so many videos. Then I realized that Hurricane Hilary is coming tomorrow to SoCal! I dropped by to ask for help and the friendly guys there quickly installed them for me, then refused to accept my money. This small act of kindness totally made my day!

Brought my car in for an estimate to the most comfortable and friendly shop in town. The front desk gal was super friendly and definitely knowledgable on what needed to be done. They asked me to have. seat and grab a cold drink while I waited for my estimate. Took ten minutes. After I sent the estimate to my insurance company, they approved the work and I took my car in for repair. The lady told me it would be about 1.5 weeks to a month to get it repaired. Two days after dropping it off I got a call telling me it was done! THE WORK WAS SUPERB AND FANTASTIC. Saved me a ton of cash on a rental and the service was outstanding. They went over everything they fixed and also fixed something that wasnt on the bill! My car was detailed and super clean like it came off the show room floor! THANK YOU Hi QUALITY! Went to get a repair estimate today. So far the receptionist, Celine was polite and professional. Patrick is the person who took a look at the damage, he is amazingly polite and professional as well. I will post an update as to the work as soon as it gets done! They dont just have high quality auto-parts, but they also have high quality customer service!!! I went here to get my bumper fixed after I backed into a pole. The bumper got a lot of scratches and it even caused a dent to the back side panel a little bit. They noticed that and was really patient with explaining what needs to be fixed and what can be done. After they have fixed my bumper, Mike also helped with cleaning my foggy headlights, which is pretty awesome. I am very happy with my experience over here, and I definitely recommend coming here!

I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a body shop to come here. Although mine was a minor accident, at the end, it came out looking new as when I first got my car. Elliott & Patrick both helped me and explained the process. The front end lady was helpful although I dont remember her name. My insurance covered the expenses, but keep in mind that getting original parts back into the car is costly, especially if you are paying out of your pocket. My vehicle was a 2018 Audi A4 and would recommend everyone who is iffy about body shops, this is the place to go.

Excellent! I called Hi-Quality Auto Body Inc. after a dismal experience at the Service King in South Pasadena and from that first phone call with Selene on, I was not only pleased, but impressed by the level of service and attention paid to me and my car. I was treated wonderfully and had a great rapport with the staff upon dropping off my vehicle. They made it easy and seamless for me to obtain a rental car. I received updates throughout the process from Clemente so that I always knew what was going on with my car and the insurance company. When my car was ready for pick-up, they were very accommodating with my schedule and my car looked great. The only qualm I have is that there was a smell in my car when I retrieved it (chemicals, sweat, and body odor). The smell was better the next day (after driving around with my windows down), but I still called to see if anything could be done about it and they were more than willing to have me bring my car in to have the issue thoroughly investigated and resolved. I passed on this because I didnt have the time (I only wanted some free air freshener), but the fact that they wanted to take care of it so thoroughly really impressed me.

My girlfriend hit a rogue tire on the freeway and it damaged the underside of her car which left parts dragging on the ground. we came here and Tommy reassured us it was only a splash guard and it wasnt really necessary in California. he offered us drinks removed it for free and we placed it in the trunk. a great and comfortable experience. thanks guys!

Unbelievable gem of a body shop. I brought them my 20 year old Infiniti and they went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. They took the time to order quality OEM parts from all over the country to do the job right. Then they apologized to me for taking 11 days to finish the work. Just incredible customer service and top notch quality work. My car looks better than it ever has. The front bumper was hit while it was sitting in a parking lot and they made it look brand new! I just stopped in to get an estimate for the repair of a corner of my vehicle s bumper prior to the lease end. Everyone was so nice, from the woman at the front desk, Patrick (who examined the car), as well as the man who worked on it. It looks SO much better and it was done so quickly! Earlier today my dog decided it was a good idea to scratch up my car on my driver side door. I was really irritated so I went to the local oreileys to get something to try and fix it, I bought a product called quixx paint repair pen (dont ever use that on your car if your life depended on you) and I only made my door look worse. I had a bunch of residue and was starting to panic, so while heading to work by Alhambra I decided to look up auto body shops and this one came up with good reviews. Immediately when I drive in I had mike come up to me and greeted me with a positive vibe. I explained what had happened and he immediately let me know he was going to take care of it, he retrieved some products and towels and got to work on my car, I just got a 2016 Subaru wrx so I was a bit nervous if what I had done to my car was going to be repairable, I didnt want to look at the car with that nasty residue it broke my heart. Mike took all the residue off AND repaired and removed the scratches! Beutiful work was done to the door and I could not be happier. When I asked about payment he said that it was free!? I tried to pay him but he would not take it no matter how hard I tried. I never write reviews, but like most of you reading this I love my car, it isnt just my A-B, its my baby. And since he fixed her up, this shop deserves my review!! Thanks mike! I will definitely come to you guys if I mess my sh** up again lol.

The best auto body repair service around! Pull up into a busy lot full of cars and theyll make time for you while inviting you to sit in the lounge to enjoy a beverage and, sometimes, a donut. I had a minor scratch from backing out of my car port and these guys buffed it out for me in just 10 minutes!

Brought my 2002 Nissan Maxima in to Hi-Quality Auto Body on 1/29/2015 to get an estimate to fix dents and paint removed when I scaped the body area above the passenger rear tire from clipping the garage entry door post when driving out of the parking garage. Frank took a look at it and said in his opinion it would not be worth paying $1800 to pound out the dents, wipe off the paint from the post and to repaint the area where the paint was removed for my old car (300,000 miles). He said to wait for a few minutes until he could get some help. He came back about 5 minutes later with a service tech who applied paint thinner to a cloth and rubbed off the paint from the post. A second technician came back with an impact tool and he proceeded to try and pound the dented areas back to normal, which he just about did. A third technician came back to paint the unpainted area to help rust proof the damaged are. It only took 10 minutes. The painted area looks great and color matches existing navy blue car paint and hard to see the damaged area unless you know where to look. I offered to pay for his services, but he said no, there will be no charge, just please refer your friends to Hi-Quality Auto Body when they have car body repair needs. I defintely will refer any friend that needs auto body shop work to Hi-Quality Auto Body!

The corner of my front bumper was bashed in pretty thoroughly. :( I went to Hi-Quality as they had done such an awesome job on my mom-in-laws Lexus and did so at a very fair price, especially for the quality of the work. I was warmly greeted my one of the owners/managers there, offered coffee or a drink on the house, seated on a comfy sofa, &TEN minutes later...TEN, they were DONE. They did such a good job (in TEN minutes!) that I couldnt even tell where the damage was. Total cost: $0 Again, total cost: $0 The manager said that they just had to heat the (plastic) bumper & wipe away the white paint that was on it. I insisted on paying them SOMETHING, at least a nice tip for the guy who did the work but he just said that theyre a referral based business and to please send them my friends & family that need body work on their cars. This is the way to run a business! Because of this attention to service they are busy. Yet they still make time to greet you warmly and make every effort to do the best job possible. Thanks again Hi-Quality Auto Body. You guys really rock! :)

These guys are true professionals and any other business would do well to follow their example. I had some repair work done on my BMW X3 and Im very happy with the outcome. Everyone on staff was super friendly and informative. I wish more people ran their business this way.
