This is my favorite OReilly Auto Parts Store. I choose this one because if there is a line it goes quick, and they seem to help those Pantomiming issues with their car very well...shooooowwwp.

Need to buy a butane torch ofsome sort....their online inventory is incorrect. Their employees could not locate it anywhere in the store even though they showed inventory on stock. They lost out on all of the other parts I needed to purchase.

Customer service is good, selection is good as well, sometimes not the cheapest prices but between this and their competitor you can usually get whatever you need at a fairly reasonable price...

Eddie was a life saver for me a few months ago when my car, which had been in storage for a few months, decided to have its battery go kaput while I was driving into the parking lot. I was very stressed as I rolled the car to a halt in a nearby fire lane and went into the store to ask for help. Eddie walked with me around the to the other end of the lot, figured out what type of battery I needed and installed it in the course of 10 minutes. He then made sure I could start the car a few times and ran a test on the rest of the electric system for free. He also offered some general car advice, which was much appreciated. I am so thankful for the excellent service I received and would recommend visiting this location to anyone.

Every time I go in there theres actually people who seem to care what youre working on. They actually have experience and share in their wisdom and knowledge of the products that they sell. Never disappointed when I go there

Yes AutoZone and OReillys are about the stones throw away from my house one-on-one side the other on another and depending on which side Im on its really just a manner of left or right because they both always have what I need and its electrical stuff wire heat shrink propane and solder. Im sorry Im so lousy it didnt pictures I will really try and think next time. In fact check with me tonight photos

I go there for small stuff like solder shrink wrap and electrical wire. I also get oil and window wash windshield wiper stuff like that for the car.

I had to get a replacement battery for my parents car since it just died over the weekend. I called ahead to make sure they had it in stock and then came in. Ana helped me find the right battery I needed for the car and even helped me replace it. Thanks a bunch!

Has the oil I need, and the filter. Guy at the counter is always nice and friendly, never trying to update so I appreciate that.

Didnt only get the parts I needed, but also for unsolicited advice for how to install them and they have me a few free accessories, like a package of lube to screw on the spark plugs. Jack, the sales rep, was really into cars and parts and his enthusiasm made for a great shopping experience. Only downside was that when I called to check if the parts were in stock, they did not show allow me to pay via credit card over the phone and have someone else do the pickup.

Had what I needed but no better then any other auto parts store.

I spend hundreds even thousands of dollars at this place over the years and recently I purchased some snow chains in Reno Nevada from Oreilly Auto Parts, they didnt fit and I almost got stuck in the recent storm. I had to buy other chains and I wanted to bring these chains back for at least a credit since they gave me the wrong ones. They refused, the manager was a jerk! He epitomized profit over good business relationships. So i will no longer shop there even though over the past 5 yrs Ive spent a few thousand dollars. I will give my money to another auto shop store and will stay away from Oreillys.

Youll find most of what you need here at a pretty good price for a local parts store. Make sure you are armed with plenty of knowledge of your problem and parts you need. While the staff is friendly, a few are young and spacey, so do your homework and know what you need.

This is my favorite OReilly location. Prices are basically the same at all the stores, but the difference is often found in the in-stock selection and customer service. This is an average sized location which shares a parking lot with other businesses. Parking can be in short supply when the restaurant has a rush. Customer service is excellent and they seem to always have the essentials in stock, rather than focusing on the kitschy car bling.

Knowledgeable staff with a good selection of common items. Did not need anything specialized so unsure on the timeliness of their ordering.

The folks here are really helpful. You can find stuff on their website, and have it shipped to the store for free so that you can see if its compatible with your truck before buying it. Convenient location, too if you need something on the way from work and you live in Alameda.
